Monte Crocetta

Monte Crocetta a hill a stones throw from the city. A mini emotional paradise that in this period of pandemic closures was "discovered" by many citizens. A place where I founda fresh breath for the mind, physical activity, and serenity in my walking. Woods, meadows and centuries-old mulberry trees with curious aspects. On clear days you can view an exciting sight of the small village of Maddalene vecchia and the splendid mountain range of the Little Dolomites.

Walking along paths, sheep tracks, woods, is a panacea for the body and mind that sweeps through unique emotions. I mentioned the pandemic closures that, due to the split assault of rude citizens, in search of escape spaces, it was decided by the landowners to close the passages to safeguard the territory, where they themselves work there. I had already noticed the numerous "traces" left by those who do not know the respect the land outdoors and within private property. Respect is the first ethical behavioral rule that you should always adopt once you leave the house. However, in the winter and early spring of this year I managed to take photos that describe what is to be admired: nature. That nature which, if respected, listened to and loved in deeds and not just in words, would serve us to understand a little more what we humans are and what we do on this unique planet. From my photography, I am planning a video-photo on the territory described, because in addition to knowledge, it deserves respect.

That respect that we should always have beyond ourselves, to that world of relationship with others but also and above all to the environment in which we live.
